Summary of experience in wiring printed circuit board diagrams

1.Signal
Signal interference is the most important factor to consider in PCB layout design.The most basic aspect is to separate or even isolate weak signal circuits from strong signal circuits;Separate the AC part from the DC part;Separate the high-frequency part from the low-frequency part;Pay attention to the direction of signal lines;The arrangement of grounding wires;Take appropriate measures such as shielding and filtering.These have been repeatedly emphasized in numerous papers,so I will not elaborate on them here.
2.Heating
For high-power equipment that generates a large amount of heat,in addition to ensuring heat dissipation conditions,it should also be placed in an appropriate location.Especially in complex simulation systems,special attention should be paid to the adverse effects of the temperature field generated by these devices on fragile preamplifier circuits.Generally speaking,the part with very high power should be made into a separate module,and certain insulation measures should be taken between the signal processing circuit and the signal processing circuit.
3.Installation
It refers to the process of smoothly installing a circuit board onto a chassis,casing,slot,etc.in a specific application,without spatial interference,short circuits,and other accidents,and ensuring that designated connectors are located in designated positions on the chassis or casing.Series foundation.Request me not to repeat.
4.Force
During installation and operation,the circuit board should be able to withstand various external forces and vibrations.Therefore,the circuit board should have a reasonable shape,and the positions of various holes(screw holes,irregular holes)on the board should be arranged reasonably.Usually,the distance between the hole and the edge of the veneer should be at least greater than the diameter of the hole.It should also be noted that the weakest part of the board caused by irregular holes should have sufficient bending strength.The connector that extends directly from the device casing to the board must be properly secured to ensure long-term reliability.
5.Beauty
Not only should we consider the orderly placement of components,but also the aesthetics and smoothness of wiring.Because ordinary laymen sometimes emphasize the former to unilaterally evaluate the advantages and disadvantages of circuit design.For product image,when performance requirements are not stringent,priority should be given to the former.However,in high-performance situations,if it is necessary to use double-sided boards and the circuit board is also encapsulated within them,which is usually invisible,then the aesthetics of the wiring should be emphasized first.The aesthetics of connectivity will be discussed in detail in the next section.
